DEFINITION
UNBET Series underground Transformer Stations are package substations which are operated from inside and located underground for medium voltage substation requirements where the population is very dense and where an area designation is not possible in urban stations for a transformer substation. It has a monoblock structure which can contain various M.V. Electricity distribution configurations and 2 pieces of 36 kV 630 kVA transformers and boards. In the underground Transformer stations which are manufactured as monoblock as per the international standards; BS35 concrete has been used in frame section and BS40 concrete in the roof. Also water impermeability property was provided with kiosks in due diligence and the necessary impermeability tests have been carried out.
They are designed suitable for placing in parks and gardens, avenues, traffic islands or any other place where there is a space for 2 ventilation poles only, ready to make on-site installation.
